The structure is made entirely of solid wood and then hand-carved. The top and the outer sides of the legs are made of solid olive wood, while the organically shaped internal parts are carved from poplar and pine wood and then covered with thousands of small tiles less than 1mm thick of fine olive and ziricote wood. Each edition is unique.
